NTW Markets IB Resource

Your Power of 10 Math

The actual compensation structure behind the NTW IB program. Not a sales pitch. Just the numbers.

This is the math that separates an IB earning $200 a month from an IB earning $20,000 a month. Same program. Same product. The only difference is structure and execution.

The Master IB rate card

L1 Your direct recruits. The IBs you personally bring in. $12 / lot
L2 Their recruits. The downline your L1s build. $5 / lot
L3 Two steps below you. Their recruits' recruits. $3 / lot
L4 Four levels deep. The bottom of the tree. $2 / lot
Standard IB rate is $4 at L1, $2 at L2, $1.50 at L3, $1 at L4. Master tier is the one to be on.

Power of 10: what it adds up to

The Power of 10 assumes you build a downline where every IB you recruit recruits 10 more, and each of them trades just 10 standard lots per month.

L1 10 IBs · 100 lots/month · $12 per lot $1,200
L2 100 IBs · 1,000 lots/month · $5 per lot $5,000
L3 1,000 IBs · 10,000 lots/month · $3 per lot $30,000
L4 10,000 IBs · 100,000 lots/month · $2 per lot $200,000
Total At full Power of 10 saturation, every month $236,200

Few people reach full saturation. But here is the thing.

The leap most IBs miss

L1 to L2 is where the math starts compounding

Most NTW IBs sit at L1 with 1 to 5 direct referrals. That is roughly $120 to $600 in monthly commission if those people each trade 10 lots.

The moment your 5 L1s start recruiting their own people, you stop trading time for money and start trading other people's referrals for money.

5 L1s × 10 of their own = 50 L2s = $2,500/month at L2 alone

What this means for you this month

You do not need to recruit 100 people. You need 2 to 3 strong recruits who already understand referral marketing and want to grow their own downline. Those are the people who turn into your L2 multipliers.

It is easier to show 10 people how to make $2,500 than to teach one person to trade 100 lots.

Your Next Action

  1. Open your IB dashboard and check who is currently in your L1.
  2. Identify the 1 to 2 names that look like they could recruit.
  3. Send each of them a message this week.
  4. If you do not have anyone in L1 yet, read the guide on how to recruit your first L2 IB.
