The actual compensation structure behind the NTW IB program. Not a sales pitch. Just the numbers.
This is the math that separates an IB earning $200 a month from an IB earning $20,000 a month. Same program. Same product. The only difference is structure and execution.
The Power of 10 assumes you build a downline where every IB you recruit recruits 10 more, and each of them trades just 10 standard lots per month.
Few people reach full saturation. But here is the thing.
Most NTW IBs sit at L1 with 1 to 5 direct referrals. That is roughly $120 to $600 in monthly commission if those people each trade 10 lots.
The moment your 5 L1s start recruiting their own people, you stop trading time for money and start trading other people's referrals for money.
5 L1s × 10 of their own = 50 L2s = $2,500/month at L2 alone
You do not need to recruit 100 people. You need 2 to 3 strong recruits who already understand referral marketing and want to grow their own downline. Those are the people who turn into your L2 multipliers.
It is easier to show 10 people how to make $2,500 than to teach one person to trade 100 lots.
