Most NTW IBs never get past L1 because they treat referrals like a numbers game. The IBs who make real income do the opposite. They pick fewer, better, and help them ship recruits of their own.
A great L2 candidate has three things.
They are in trading Telegrams, prop firm Discords, signal groups, or run a small audience on X or Instagram. The conversations are already happening.
They know what compensation tiers are. They have either run affiliate programs before or signed up to one. They think in terms of building a network instead of trading harder.
Either they already trade with NTW, or they have complained about their current broker's spreads, slow withdrawals, or commission structure.
